Payment Policy

Caivera orders are sold by CAIDAN BARRICK TY INC. All available payment methods and the full amount due are shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following 7 payment methods only:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
We do not accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash, checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, or any method not listed above.
Currency
All prices and charges are in United States Dollars (USD).
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when the order is placed and accepted. The amount charged includes:
- product subtotal
- applicable sales tax
- shipping charge, if any
There are no additional payment-processing fees added by Caivera at checkout.
Payment Security
Checkout is processed over an SSL-secured (HTTPS) connection. Card details are handled by our third-party payment processor. Caivera does not store full credit- or debit-card numbers on our servers.
Failed, Declined, or Incomplete Payments
If a payment is declined or not completed, the order will not be processed. Please use another accepted card or contact your card issuer, then try again.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first at service@shopcaivera.com. We will review the order and the applicable policy before any refund is issued.
